We agree the workflows, interfaces, integrations and delivery stages before building. Detailed discovery is scoped separately where needed.

We develop and test the software, plan the move from existing processes and help the team prepare to use it.

Support and develop

We agree the ongoing care the system needs. Additional features and larger changes are scoped and quoted separately.

Bespoke projects have an agreed build scope and fee. Ongoing hosting, monitoring, maintenance and support are covered by the applicable service agreement. Nullshift products have their own recurring subscription plans and included features.

Do we need a complete ERP system?

Not necessarily. If your main challenge sits in one workflow or application, a focused custom build or integration may be enough. We start with what the business needs and agree the appropriate scope.

Can you work with the software we already use?

Yes, where the existing tools support a suitable integration. We assess their APIs, data and access arrangements during discovery, then agree what can be connected and what should change.

How is a bespoke build different from a Nullshift product?

A bespoke build is commissioned around your requirements. A Nullshift product is ready-made software with a defined set of features, offered by recurring subscription. Its development and product roadmap are managed by Nullshift.

Who owns the software?

Ownership and handover for bespoke work are set out in the project agreement, including any third-party components. Nullshift retains ownership of its subscription products; customers subscribe to use them under the applicable product terms.

What happens after a bespoke system launches?

We agree an ongoing care arrangement for the existing system. New capabilities and significant changes are scoped separately, so the support boundary and development costs remain clear.

Can we speak to you before writing a brief?

Yes. Tell us what needs to work better. The first conversation helps us understand the challenge and whether Nullshift is a suitable fit. Any detailed discovery or paid work is agreed separately.

Can we subscribe to an industry product today?

The industry product library is in development. You can tell us what your industry needs, and we can discuss whether an existing service or a bespoke project could help in the meantime.
