Clients with a signed contract and an active care plan earn £500 of development credit for every business they refer that signs a build contract with us, to spend on a brand-new feature within 12 months.

1. Earning credit
You earn £500 of development credit for every business you refer that signs a build contract with Nullshift.
The credit is earned on the day they sign. There's no limit: every successful referral adds another £500, and credits can be combined on one feature.
2. Using credit
Credit is for brand-new development in your own system: a feature, page or improvement we haven't already agreed. It can't be used against work already agreed, existing invoices or care plan fees.
If a feature costs more than your credit, you pay the difference at the usual rate; we'll quote it first.
3. Expiry
Each credit expires 12 months after it was earned. Any part not used by then lapses.
4. Who can take part
The programme is open to clients with a signed contract and an active care plan. Credit has no cash value and can't be transferred, exchanged or refunded.
A referral counts when the business is new to us and you introduced them, through your link or by telling us. You can't refer your own business or one you own or run.
5. Changes
We may change or end the programme with notice; credit you've already earned stays valid until it expires.
